We have provided for you a time table of seasonal services so you can have enough time to prepare your property for each season.

• Lawns are dethatched or "power-raked" during cleanups
• Optional early crabgrass pre-emergent can be applied in
   early March (see contract) in addition to next month's

• Spring Cleanups end Mid- April
• Weekly maintenance and trimming services begin
• Spring core- aeration is performed
• 1st Fertilization with crabgrass pre-emergent is applied to
   turfgrass
• Installation work begins Return to Top

• Weekly maintenance and trimming services continue
• Annuals may be planted once temperatures permit
• 2nd Fertilization with broadleaf weed control is applied to
   turfgrass

• Mums and fall flowers begin to arrive at nurseries

• Weekly maintenance and trimming (final month)
• 4th Fertilization with winterizer and broadleaf weed control is
   applied to turfgrass
• This season's snow removal agreements have been submitted
• Annuals begin to wilt
• Fall core-aeration is performed (late October)

• Fall Cleanups begin November 1st
• Snow removal operations may begin
